The collection consists of two typewritten, signed letters from Jan Struther to Christine Wood Rhodes, including: 2 Sept. 1942, in reply to a letter, mentioning Mrs. Miniver, the exhaustion of her secretary, with thanks for money donated and kind words for the radio show Information, Please; 16 Nov. 1942, reaffirming that she is exhausted, but will definitely see that an autographed copy of Mrs. Miniver be sent, and confirming that the donated check will be sent to a needy family in Britain as soon as one can be identified.
